True to form, Simply Living’s Tour is a learning opportunity! Homeowners will be available to answer your questions at each location. The Tour will include 8 stops showcasing a wide variety of gardens featuring native plants, wildlife habitats, rain gardens, rain barrels, herbs, permaculture designs, and more. In addition, learn first hand from those who have installed solar panels, including one with a battery backup system if the power is interrupted. Electric vehicles will also be on display. This year a community garden on a church property will feature cooking demos and an innovative robotic seeding system being implemented in partnership with OSU. A table with literature on sustainability will be available at each tour venue: Simply Living newsletters, free copies of Yes! magazines, and brochures from collaborating partners like Columbus GreenSpot, Smart Columbus Experience Center, and other environmental organizations will be on display.
